The Acekard team is selling Acekard 2i 3DS that can be directly use for Nintendo 3DS, this news showed on its official website on March 23. You can clear 3DS mark in left top side of package.That seems a wonderful news for gamer who own one 3DS. What is Acekard 2i? In my opinion, gamers must have heard about R4 card before and know R4 card kinds and how about that? Acekard 2i is belong to R4 card and own good quality and stable compatibility, which is one of the oldest R4 cards. It also named AK2i. Its first generation is Acekard 2, also named AK2. You can check its features and photo here. Acekard 2i support DS and DSi firstly, then through update and install the latest kernel can support 3DS.
But for some player who own only one 3DS and want to get Acekard 2i to play DS DSi games on 3DS, it is boring and headache thing. Someone has to borrow DS or DSi from friends or classmates. Meanwhile, download kernel and update is also troublesome. On the contrary, fortunately, player who has bought Acekard 2i for his DS or DSi before 3DS card out is beneficial, don’t need to buy new card, can update to support 3DS.
